I’m Sam, the founder of Altumide, and few experiences have shaped my perspective as profoundly as my journey with FC Barcelona. What began as a professional pursuit quickly became something far greater. The Hub is a movement dedicated to advancing global knowledge, research, and leadership in sport. Every exchange - with coaches, executives, and educators - revealed the values that define the Barça Way and the spirit of “Més Que Un Club”: humility, hard work, ambition, teamwork, and respect. At the club’s legendary campus, these ideals came vividly to life.

Workshops on branding, wellness, and human performance illustrated how deeply knowledge and culture are interwoven into every facet of progress.
